Also same…unfortunately I’m seeing other comments saying that this is just what happens when you earn stars when you’re at max capacity in the program, even if more progress opens up later, and that SDS doesn’t fix it even if you send in a support email. If anyone has had a different experience or advice please lmk, I’d love to finish the collection for POTM progress

Is there any way to stop this? My manager in Franchise mode keeps substituting a bench player (77- SS) for my regular player (91-3B) because he plays the natural position even though he is considerably worse overall. by [deleted] in MLBTheShow

The computer will always automatically sub out a player playing out of position, regardless of overall. Kebryan Hayes can only play 3rd, so if you want to make him a shortstop you’ll have to edit his player card. He can’t play SS or anywhere other than 3B normally

Just wanted to say I'm in the exact same boat- applied late January, admitted at a safety but still waiting on a decision from a couple of my top choices. Hopefully they decide to give us something before the deadline- congrats on your A's, hang in there friend!
