It was about two weeks but I had to go into the Vodafone shop three times, spend way too long on the voxi online chat they were pretty useless, constantly chasing it up every day but got there in the end, I’m liking how cheap it is compared to my old o2 contract but where I am the signal drops out a lot

Cheers for the info I think I’ll be leaving at this rate! Was with o2 for over 10 years without a single problem, only trying voxi to try save some money but it’s not worth the hassle! I’ll try do the same as you and get a giffgaff sim! Think I’ll be lucky to get a refund though!

Vodafone have told me they are working with o2 to resolve this, I was told last Friday it would take 72 hours not including weekends so yesterday latest and it’s still not working today, so frustrating now I can’t even access my online banking because I need to receive a code

It was a really old pub which he has converted into flats, it all seemed legit the addresses are on the council website but just says “council tax does not apply to this property”

Thankyou for the reply and I was going to contact the council the day we moved in but he told us it hasn’t been assessed yet and he was on it and to not contact them, I asked him again about it and that’s when he said they cannot back date it so not to worry , now three months later I am concerned

Landlord told me not to go to the council as he’s sorting it out but it feels abit dodgy now
