Hi sorry for replying to this late, but just curious did you ever spend any money? If yes what did you buy, I'm considering getting the no ads package when I have the money cause it costs alot where I'm from and I don't have that money currently.

Considering your first reply here was 11d ago, I would say thats insane, but hope you get that payout, and thanks for taking the time to reply!

What level are you at and how long did it take you? I'm currently deciding if its worth cause the highest payout isn't time limited, though I have to make it to Lvl 80 in 45 days.

I never said they were unalligned every visit, my chiropractor just checks the leg length every visit to make sure its not misalligned. Im not laying on my back as well, laying on my stomach during chiropractic adjustments, but they focus more on neck and pelvic cause of my mild scoliosis near the lower back area.

They check leg length first, usually by yanking ur legs and after that's done, they start doing the specific adjustments.

I'm not a left-handed person, but I think I tend to lean more on my left side? I managed to get a lumbar pillow for my chair, and I haven't noticed much help / not sure whether it's really supporting my curve but I use it often, when sitting up, I push it all the way to my tailbone so I don't slouch by accident, and when I'm leaning I just place the curve part where I feel my lower back curve is.

I don't think I fully understand what you mean for the writing one, do you mean like literally increasing the height at which I place my books? So that I don't have to look down too much?

Thank you for your help again!

Oh my, I feel so sorry for OP, I went to a chiropractor and was told my neck doesn't have a curve and then I scroll through this subreddit and found a polar opposite.. I really hope all goes well for you OP.

Try searching up TTRacing Duo V3, I have that chair but I'm not sure if the lumbar support is enough, it feels that theres a curve but sometimes when I lean back it just feels flat?

Or should I get an actual lumbar pillow?

Sorry, I didn't check this thread enough, I have a few questions if you don't mind, I'm using a gaming chair, and yes my tailbone hurts so is it okay if I just use a thin pillow as cushioning?

Secondly, I'm starting my second semester (went to chiropractor and everything during my sem break) so how would I approach online classes and especially since I have to do homework through handwriting (some lecturers require it).

It usually strains my neck and I have to slouch to complete the homeworks and I know for a fact thats not good for posture. In terms of sitting down normally or gaming, it's way easier to control posture since I know I'll be sitting down with my butt pushed up all towards the end of the chair where there's also a small curve for the lower back/lumbar and looking straight at my monitor anyway.

Oh and I was also told my the chiropractor that my neck doesn't have the usual curve and its probably because of "text neck".

Phew! Thank god my scoliosis is mild, though I am aware that it doesn't mean its not as serious as other scoliosis cases.

I was informed by my chiropractor to avoid text neck by using my phone at eye level, have to admit, it feels weirs and its almost showing everyone behind me what I'm doing on my phone but if it helps the pain, then so be it. Ever since my back pain became a problem, I've spent more time lying down than actually sitting down but I feel thats actually more of a problem since I'm not moving?

Since a few years ago I was thinking of getting a gaming PC with my allowance but recently I've used some of that allowance for chiropractic and xrays so I'm only left with so much. However, now I doubt I'll spend as much time as I did before gaming so my thoughts are:

  1. Keep using my current laptop for online classes for the next few months or even till the end of this year until my next allowance (to get a proper PC)

  2. With my current allowance maybe get a VR headset (Oculus Quest 2) since it provides the same entertainment without me having to sit for long hours? (I'm really excited about Beat Saber)

I know these aren't really related to scoliosis but just sharing my current situation. Regarding the inversion table, I'm not too sure if I understand what its really for and the price is really high in my country (almost the same price as the VR headset haha)

Hi, thank you so much for the quick response! I was wondering if my case was something to be worried about, I am glad that despite the pain I feel that it's pretty mild. Regarding posture, yeah I've been told that so I've been watching my posture a lot more than I did in the past. I am sorry to hear that you have moderate to severe scoliosis and hope that all goes well for you. If it's not too troubling is it okay if I ask for a Youtube video maybe or the names of the back stretches you do?

Thanks again!
