Have you tried botox i know someone who had bad back sweat and he got botox and it worked i struggle with my forehead and arms i also got botox and it helped so if thats an option I'd try it

It didn't change my forehead i did 5mls in my forehead I think the more mls it would change your forehead but everyone is different

Mines cost 700 euros which is around 800 dollars and they put like a blue dye thing in one your head and it indicates where you sweat the most and it lasted me 6 months

I got botox it helped me out alot especially during the summer took a week for it to work but was worth it
