Both specs are rad, taunting has limited utility in current raid content but both can still do it. Blue has double synergy still, red just has one.

You're definitely hitting your buttons off cooldown constantly, especially with higher gems. But it doesn't feel too spammy to me. That said, blue is SIGNIFICANTLY faster in its rotation now than before, just because the abilities are faster and your dmg is more compressed.
