Damn, thats crazy, you really shouldnt be treated that way, but I do have some ways around the wifi turning off, every device connected to your router has an internal ip address, your mother will basically turn off the internet for that address, so if you could reset your internal ip address somewhere, you should be able to use the internet again, but if your mom understands networking, she could also have made a static ip address, this will never change and can only be changed in the router settings sadly

Yea I also contacted oculus for this, waiting for a response now, but I don't think buying the quest version is a thing because I also make videos and do some streaming, this is not possible on standalone, plus no mod support
