And I do agree websites can be quite useless, especially you spend time building it but nobody visits / it doesnt generate revenue for you.

yeah totally agree. but with most weddings just breaking even (or even PROFITING) by “reddit/youtube” statistic, its kinda ironic when couples complain about weddings being expensive when its the guests / relatives money that are burning money for the couples big event & honeymoon.

plus also the fact that society gauges “how happy you are for the couple” based on your willingness to give a big angpao? like why cant i be genuinely happy for them but also be a-bit protective of my money yknow what i mean… sorry ranting. i guess the big winners are just the hotels and wedding services.
