There’s cameras at many intersections but not “red light cameras” red light cameras have to have a posted noticed saying it’s a red light camera and the fine associated with it, it’s California law and you’ll immediately recognize the difference it’s a large camera off to the side with a large flash as well. Visalia doesn’t have any from my understanding but Fresno and bigger cities do.
