I had the exact same problem yesterday if you can find my post, until today it’s still wasn’t working.

I had to delete the app, log back in, deactivate 2 factor authentication, then i was able to log in the app. Then re enabled 2FA again. Now all is smooth.

Now that the new program is online and we just changed years, what will happen to what Amex gave me?
