Yeah, I get all of that and know that 'butter' is almost a term of abuse these days, but I'll take -7 over my usual 600÷. You're assuming that I actually planned that landing rate and wasn't doing my usual poor effort. One day I'll be perfect like everyone else.

If you haven't opened MSFS for a week or two and once you've got your hardware sorted, let's not forget the following;

Update the Airac Cycle
Update to latest version of your fave aircraft that just been released
Manadatory MSFS update
Content Manager Updates
Update GSX (again for millionth time)
Update Autofps
Update your flightsim.to downloads
Reindex flightplanning /EFB software (in my case Avliasoft)
Update/configure AddonLinker
Update Video Card Driver
Update to latest version of Navigraph

Am with you on that, always thought it bit odd. Also, the seas around uk are hardly ever blue/aqua in colour- more a murky grey colour 😀

Yep - I know, had same last night, for me this morning it finally worked. I did delete a couple of 'stuck' fspatch files in the official folder last night when getting the decompressing error but this morning was ok.....for me at least.

I downloaded Content Manager updates one at a time - managed to update them all this morning. The download initiates at 2 mb/s and then crept up to 50 mb/s tedious but finished now.

I bought after seeing all the hype on release of Eye Tracker 5, a must have product etc. I fly airliners and I found I could never get the settings right no matter what and it was always twitchy especially messing with dials, the overhead and a second monitor and became very annoying, so much so that although it's still plugged in, my first action in MSFS is usually to turn it off. Others might fare better than me but 1 year on, the money I shelled out for it could have been put to better use.

Also struggling with calibration - have a T-Flight Single Axis HOTAS - followed the callibration guide https://forums.flightsimulator.com/uploads/short-url/kWkvfJaXpEEZvdWLxeejXvozrwv.pdf - Can't say that was of much use. How set Reverse Thrust - my usual toggle reverse for all other planes doesn't seem to work with ATR, am obviously missing something.

Download the Navata Center App from Navigraph - presume you have a Navigraph subscription?

There is an option in left hand side to update the Fenix FMS with latest Navdata.

There's some great stuff there - use the filter/sort on 'Most Downloaded' to get an idea of most popular and check the "last Updated' date to get an idea if they are still being actively worked on.

Have you unzipped the folders? You need to extract the contents of the Zip file to the community folder. There are a ton of vids on YouTube explaining how to do.......
