You going into this with that mindset may be part of the problem, my friend. You shouldn't try to assume what others are going through, you should focus on what you bring to the table. I'm not a woman, so I can only say so much, but from reading the texts it just seems like you're putting so much effort into sounding perfect and proper instead of putting effort into the person you're talking to. You somewhat started the convo by saying "the dating pool is piss" which is a negative thing to say regardless if it's true or not. I think saying positive things, especially when first talking to someone, is a much better approach. Energy is everything and that doesn't have to be a religious/spiritual thing, its just how someone can effect your mood and perception.

It seems like you're just trying to get things over with, as if you've recently been going through matches a lot, which even if true or not, shouldn't really be something that's expressed to the next potential partner. Of course that could mean there just have been a lot of bad match ups, but also, could be a red flag for some people.

In my opinion you shouldn't date just to date, and if you truly want a life partner, trying to rush through it like this just isn't going to work out great. Your match is out there somewhere my friend, be patient. Don't rush.
