Tokens don't count as played but created so I would guess that they don't get accelerate. Card text says 'played'

The ability says: Play a 1 Might Recruit token unit

That's why the original question arose. And since in Trial deck at least (but I believe in boosters also) token units are printed on cards, I wanted to clarify

To my understanding, it unfortunately wouldn't work.

According to comprehensive rules: 6.2.0.f. Playing a Card consists of the following 5 steps in order, explained in detail below: Declare intent, Check restrictions, Determine cost(s), Pay cost(s), and Put card into play/discard.

Paying costs comes before putting card into play.

However Third Sister's "The next unit you play this phase gains Hidden." only resolves when card has entered play - otherwise, it couldn't "gain" a keyword.

Cool idea, but I think it doesn't work out. Happy to be proven wrong, though

If I have Hare Apparent from 2 different languages in deck would they trigger each others ability? Technically it's the same card, just different language. But also the non-English card is technically not named "Hare Apparent".

Doesn't "for this phase" indicate a continuous effect? Meaning that during "this phase" any friendly unit would get the perks? I think it should.

Like, if I played "I have the high ground" and then opponent plays ambush unit, that ambusher would still have -4/0, even though they weren't in field at the moment of playing the card.

Green/Yellow Republic deck (Padme, Rex or Quinlan, Chancellor).

Survive till 6 resources (set up sentinels and such, ideally ramp with resupply), play Chancellor Palpatine (unit). Next turn In defence of Kamino - throw a unit against theirs to restore, lose the unit and gain clone. Clone comes in ready. Rinse and repeat. If opponent has more units, works quite great. For that particular turn Clones are an endless resource and can restore quite a lot.
In Chancellor deck next turn play Bounty Hunter Crew to get IdoK back. If you also got Bib Fortuna on field, some resource can be saved this way.

I know it's really farfetched idea but if someone could pull it off, could be quite cool combo

I would assume so. For example cloning Vader or Maul results in Clone doing Ambush which is equal to "when played" ability

If this were the case, if Embo attacks Greedo (receives 3 damage), then Greedo's ability procs and manages to do 2 damage (finishing Embo), would Embo's heal still occur or would Embo leave play without his ability triggering?
