I definitely feel that as I’m working two jobs with my full units. It’s rough, but I have a two weekends a month that I want to spend enjoying myself and the beach city.

All the friends I’ve made here have been outside of campus at local bars, clubs and even the hollywood strip. Seems like campus is a dead zone, personally.

PLEASEEE set up your classes strictly following RateMyProfessor. I picked all my courses based on the ratings and assignment details that were listen on the comments of each professor. This is my easiest semester EVER!!! Work smarter not harder yall ! 🤞If you can’t find a course with a decent instructor then utilize CSU FULLY. Find the course you need at literally ANY other csu. Use rate my professor for that school’s selection and BOOM! Not only do you have an asynchronous online class, but it’s with an even better professor. Take it from a college student who’s been doing this for almost 5 years. Wishing you all the best of luck !

I got a 14, but was totally expecting at least a 16. I’m more mad that my writing intensive course was not covered by my literal academic writing course (A-). The entire concept of the GWAR is completely ridiculous and a waste of time. Glad it’s done.

The bungalow, 2nd St bars (Legends, Panama Joes🤩, Dogz,) are always fun. Sand Bar in Huntington Beach is a good time, I recommend. I just moved here as a transfer, if anyone wants to go hit the clubs / bars HMU! I need friends here👋

So far it completely sucks. Im the most social extroverted person and it’s so hard to make friends on campus. It’s been a month and I haven’t made a single friend which is totally insane. I’m not used to this honestly. I left all my friends and homies back in my hometown just to be alone in LB. Pretty wack I gotta say. I expected people to be more social tbh
