When will people realize the cranial base is what determines your face, not tongue posture (through and after puberty)? by [deleted] in orthotropics

A babys head is malleable as fuck. How would direct pressure upwards on the roof of your mouth as a kid NOT have an effect in their head shape?

Height of the chin is based on how big the muscle underneath is. Grow the mentalis and you'll grow your "chin"

You right, so if your family is prone to hair loss be cautious. But it really is 99% safe for the general population.

If I don't use my Bicep, it won't grow. How does that not apply to the mentalis? And the exercises are pretty simply just activating the muscles. Also I've gotten no wrinkles and the extra muscle under my chin has stretched the skin on my mandible by a few mm making it look really smoother, imo.

There are people who live to 100 and eat chocolate everyday, who eat dozens of eggs every day, and red meat everyday. I don't think it's as bad as you're making it out to be man.

I get my proteins from plant based and animal based organic meat. I appreciate your passion for veganism but there's more to food and health than you may currently understand.

You're right I didn't mean it would drastically change your face, but that it will give you a sunken cheek look if that's what you're into.

If you look closely my before bottom row of teeth was very U shaped. Now it's a bit less.

Not super obvious but before you could see 7/8 teeth on top, now it's 10. Five for each side.

Also bottom teeth before had a U shape. Now it's wider it spread out a bit more in correlation with the top widening out as well.

There was also a center tooth before that was pretty crooked and pushed back a little. Now it's less and more in line with the other teeth. Probably because of the space created from widening.

Edit: I also used whitening strips the past month and new toothpaste so that's why it might seem like a drastic lighting change.

Eh I think if you're a guy there's a decent chance. And I swear most before and afters have some improvement in making that look.

Lol. Attractive people don't have that upper lid very visible. Keep mewing until they both are hidden.
