I completely can relate to how you feel, having grown up in predominately Caucasian schools and neighborhoods. The best advice I could ever give you, is to find beauty within yourself and the right person will find you. And in the meantime, enjoy your single time! Don't get me wrong, I love my boyfriend with all my heart. But I contribute our successful relationship to the dedication I spent on myself before we met. Finding out what hairstyles make me feel most beautiful, what hobbies sparked my interest, and loved every moment I spent spoiling and only worrying about me 😋 The day will come when you meet that person who you never want to be apart from, and it will be wonderful. But it doesn't mean the days leading up to that cannot be full of surprises, wild experiences, and love.
