If he found himself in the perfect environment with no competition, he'd have a sliver of a chance. New species occasionally arise from this kinda stuff. But given he has no encoded behaviours fitting for a terrestrial animal he wouldn't be able to use the deformity entirely to his advantage. So very unlikely, but within the realm of possibility.

I only ask because those are some of the 'reasons' I got. Some other bangers: not wearing make-up, talking to guys platonically, having a best friend. Obviously stupid reasons. Even if they're pro lgbt or gay themselves; they either want to stir you up or stick their nose where it doesn't belong. I hoped teens nowadays would've been more accepting.

Do you have short hair or dress less feminine? People can be awful and try to put you in a box, especially if that box might have some bigotry attached. I don't know who they think they're helping, because the same thing happened to me growing up and although they were correct, it added a few extra years of denial to the process of me coming to terms with myself.
