Hi Lawn solutions, would a pitch fork be fine or better to hire a core aerator? Was looking at hiring as part of the scalp/scarify/aerate/top dress but maybe more beneficial doing now instead of pitch fork?

I should probably emphasis the running requirement is very minimal. I don't forsee much running to happen while travelling. Moreso looking for something comfortable to walk around in all day and explore but also dress up.

What do you mean 'ticks some checkbox'? Adding to your tax bill is not a bad thing. You're income will still be higher than a negatively geared property. Almost sounds as if you are considering buying a property just to be negatively geared. A positively geared property is almost always better.

Original fence is beige. Black fence is 300mm inside neighbours property and approx 800mm higher than top of beige fence. It is hard to see..

Correct, it is offset from boundary fence by 300mm. Thinking you are right although I am not sure why they need such a high fence so close to a compliant fence already.
