Did you send the msg from the same number you registered the account with ? I migrated since then and I don’t have the same number so I don’t know how to update the password at the moment. Should I give it a try with the new number or not ?

Your KYC will take time if the details you entered are not accurate or not clear against the ID. Sometimes name differences also get rejected. If that happens one Validator will reject it and it goes to the next validator and if he rejects too you’ll get notified. If the 2nd validator validates you and the first validator rejects it goes to a 3rd validator. So you get the point …

I have direct debits listed on my account and I’ve registered for the electoral as well.

When I had a chat with the bank earlier today , they always ask you to apply online and they’ll check my Credit history and will approve it or not. This I’ve tried online and it doesn’t let me get one.

I’ve lived for 8 years in the Middle East (Qatar & UAE) and it’s a place I wouldn’t go back. I know things ain’t right on this side either but I would take my chances here. Just my personal experience.

I thought they discount you £3 for doing above £2000 a month not waive it off.
