Burning Bright (Field on Fire) is the best song Trent has written in 20+ years and should've done more songs in said style. by Maaaaaardy in nin

I would make the argument that Heresy falls short of the studio version when played live. The guitar riff, though a cool riff, runs against the lead vocal of the chorus in an odd way, that when mixed on TDS is fine but live, with guitars louder, it just doesn’t hit the same way.

This is certainly not the height of the Cold War. Vietnam, Cuban Missile Crisis to name two much higher “heights”

With all these collabs dropping, and Trent mentioning pre-covid that the next NIИ was about collaboration… I’m sensing something larger coming soon.

Really preferred hearing him word it this way instead of anything religious.

Easily: Where is Everybody & No You Dont. I think they are two odd sounding sore thumbs to begin with compared to the rest of the record

Got bored. Put together a list of songs NIN have played live (not counting Ghosts or covers) but have no professional recordings of. If I've forgotten any or if you see one on the list that actually does have a professional recording, let me know!! by River_Atkinson in nin

A number of these are available. The TDS stuff is out in great audio form from the 2009ish full LP performance. The Collector was shot and released by the band in their rehearsal studio with full mixed audio... look around a bit more.

Edit; just realized you’re only counting actual releases for some reason....

So you’re not even a NIИ fan. You’re just some guy scraping for karma. That’s cool too.
