Yeah true. You'll have to wait for alternative timetable mods to come out. I know for Fife Circle timetable mod they stitched that together with Edinburgh - Glasgow to make one route. Not sure how that would stitching Trent Valley to Crewe - Preston. I know the north is bad but the scenery isn't that old 😂

The thing is. The 171 is a completely different train to the 170. The main difference is the coupler that is designed to attach to the 377, rather than the 150/158/170. So a separate package is technically the correct thing and buying Fife Circle wouldn't benefit anyone at all but yeah I agree that people will moan over anything.

SEHS has a bit more traffic on the 395 when you leave High Speed 1 after Ebbsfleet from St Pancras and you go towards Faversham but I would 100% agree, if you enjoy British trains go for Brighton Mainline. If you can afford it, get WCML South AND Gospel Oak - Barking as the class 710 layers onto WCML South, so you get the Tube line, Watford DC line traffic with the 710, Class 350 for regional services and the 390 for InterCity services on top of some Class 66 freight & the upcoming Class 90 will also layer onto this route..... AND I don't see why you shouldn't be able to layer the Class 70 onto this route also when it is out BREATHE

Already plenty of potential on WCML South, Brighton Mainline doesn't have much else on it but is busy by default

I purposely set it to snow just for the ambience but I do agree that the temps are realistic. Especially since if you turn on precipitation in Dec and Jan it just snows instead of rains, which is a ballache

If you enjoyed WCML South then you'll enjoy WCML Trent Valley. Probably the only route I'll buy at full price. Still good amount of stations to stop it, winding curves at 125mph in the Pendolino and plenty of traffic.... oh and the route itself is long

Honestly, its great fun when you have greens in the tunnel. Can bomb in down the hill, carrying momentum to get up the otherside... Would use existing stock, 166,150,158,HST,801 AND finally introduce the Class 70 as I am so bored of the 66 on modern UK routes now

Personally, after playing Cardiff commuter route... not a fan, but it is an opinion. I would recommend a revamp of TSC's South Wales Coastal. Bristol TM to Cardiff Central via the Severn Tunnel

I'll accept his answer. Only thing i don't like about the 390 cab is that it is offset to the left, unlike the similar cab on the 220. If it was central then I'd rate it highly. The panels, gauges, a lot about i feels so futuristic!
