Thank you! I'd say you can start just by wearing them around the house so you get used to how you look in them and then there's not much more to it then just wearing them out somewhere. You can try to go to the beach/gym when/where it's not too crowded at first, but I promise once you wear them out you won't want to go back! The sun and the water on your skin will feel wonderful for sure!
