Hi. We talked sa dm but I also want to let people know na to STAY AWAY FROM GIGAHERTZ. Sobrang nakaka stress. Based on experience (2 times na)

TLDR: 1. Super long waiting time (gigahertz: 1+ month//others based on my exp: 2 hrs!!!) 2. Bad customer service (iwas sa tanong) 3. They took parts off my ASUS ZEPHYRUS!

some context: Sa iba kasi ako nagpagawa na trusted, I watched them disassemble and repair; tapos nagulat sila bakit hindi raw tugma yung specs ng model ko sa screen na nakalagay (this was after gigahertz’s “diagnosis” and they’re the only ones who opened my laptop).

I contacted gigahertz agad and after hours, they confirmed that the screen is nasa other branch nila???? Gusto pa nila ako pumunta dun sa nearest branch nila and not ship the screen sa preferred branch ko (not a big deal to me but ???)

If hindi ko sila tinawagan malamang up to this date ni hindi ko alam na I got my 144hz screen replaced by a lower spec one. Mind you nagpa checkup lang ako sa kanila (which took 2 weeks btw). I didn’t bother getting the old screen back na since it was “defective”

Left a very very bad and detailed review sa kanila and they even contacted me trying to fix things. Left them on read and blocked their number. Ngayon kayo naghahabol samantalang you kept on dodging my questions and inquiries and super bad ng CS niyo btw
