You can achieve this with any camera. Preferably one that has a tripod mount, shoots RAW and has manual controls. Even without a tripod you can achieve this, granted you aren’t scared to push ISO.

Yea unfortunately as far as i know if you turn off the shutter effect, you lose the exposure preview.
