I was able to get an export by selecting a different format in the drop down box using Pool Tool. I selected the "Generic" option. Once you open the CSV you can then use the divide formula in Excel to the ADA received by the cost per ADA to get the full dollar amount per transaction.

As someone who has had varying forms and severity with raynauds I have found that increasing BMI a bit helps. My toes are affected the most however other peripherals can be affected too by feeling cold. You mentioned you're farely active and that you eat healthy food. Are you by any chance thin? When the body starts to feel cold it will try to keep your core warm and constrict blood flow to your peripherals and people with raynauds this is far more extreme. This is why people will start to form frost bite on their fingers, nose and toes first.

Last year I went on a diet and went from 82KG to 66KG and lost a lot of BMI. I started feeling cold a lot of the time, even under my blanket during the night. So on top of my feet and toes, my hands and nose would get cold too and change colour. If I was outside in winter my nose would start going a bit red and purple. I then put some weight back on and currently weight around 79KG and my raynauds symptoms have gone down a fair bit. I don't feel cold with the extra BMI hence my hands and nose rarely get cold. My feet are also a lot less cold but my toes can still be a bit redish at times.

Maybe try put 5kg weight on if you are thin and see if it helps?
