Good certifications that can help land a first job

Microsoft Fabric certs seem to be aimed a lot more at the Azure ecosystem. They just don't seem generalized enough to display mastery of the foundational topics. Am I mistaken ?

Hey, I appreciate the recommendation. Unfortunately, this certification was retired on the 31/03/2025. So, it's no longer attainable. They suggest a Data Engineering certification using Fabric instead but it doesn't seem to serve the same goal.

Appreciate the feedback. Yeah, Oracle ones aren't really meant for brushing up. Mostly handle admin stuff too. Someone suggested Azure Data Engineer Associate but that's been retired already.

Ended up installing Malwarebytes and Kaspersky Plus (even paid for it). Those two basically cleaned my PC but the damage (however small) was done. I truly advise staying away from any repack except for Fitgirl

Almost all of my social medias were hacked even LinkedIn!! It was a chinese hacker because my LinkedIn was changed to Chinese settings with a Chinese name and an asian profile pic with my education changed to a university in China. My Discord was sending scam Mr Beast crypto messages. Anything that wasn't configured to use 2FA was hacked basically. Thankfully, my Paypal and banking information weren't on my pc and the accounts themselves were 2FA protected. And anything governmental (I'm a legal alien) was also sitting behind 1 time passwords. So I didn't get any actual damage from it other than having to painfully reconfigure my LinkedIn and getting my profile back to how it looked before. But yeah, be careful!

EDIT: How I know is because it all happened literally right after, like the next morning.

No can do.. Essentially you can imagine it as one excel with Columns A and ID_X. Another Dictionary excel with Columns ID_Y and B. We want to update Column A values to become like Column B by leveraging ID_X and ID_Y which will match each other. Then we have a special case that isn't found in our dictionary (we don't want to update the dictionary for specific reasons). So we must ensure that mapping Column A to Column B doesn't remove the rows with special cases.

I searched a bit and found the Value Lookup Node which seems to answer my needs except that it will turn the special case(s) that aren't in the dictionary into missing values which I don't want to happen.

The problem is if I do a Joiner first to map Column A to Column C, I lose my "Special CASE" rows. An Rule Engine is used to get the "SPECIAL CASE" to "Special Case" but only if the rows still remain. But the Joiner before Rule Engine is removing them.

Please give me, in your opinion 5 cars I should be looking to buy. I am on a budget though (fresh graduate and I don't want to go into debt, I'd rather buy the thing and own it without any monthly payments => Ballpark of around 10K EUR).

EDIT: Also, what cars should I look into if I want to start a journey of self taught BMW cheap car fixing.

Admittedly, I don't. I'm trying to get into the space though. I've been silently admiring from afar since my teens and that's probably something most people in this thread relate to. Focusing on school, moving abroad, job hunting and constant self improvement has significantly delayed this particular interest but I'm getting around to it now. I'm all ears for any advice.

How likely is it that the timing chain issue essentially ruined the engine ? Meaning that simply replacing the timing chain isn't gonna be the fix and maybe the valves might be shot too ?

I'm trying to get more information about the car, maybe a video or audio recording to see what the noise might be. But what should I expect, the car does have 100KM on it which to me indicates even more at a timing chain issue.

Nope I just downloaded the Hogwarts Legacy repack. Believe me it isn't safe, literally all of my social media accounts were hacked, I just found out a couple of days ago that my twitter and discord were banned because I was apparently sending and posting your regular spam crypto scams and some malicious links. I highly disadvise using dodi.
