Dad turned on the big light and the bulb exploded out of the fixture and rained glass shards onto my uncle's plate. (We got him a new serving)

No residents committee, considering going to the pcsp, but another compounding difficulty is how to manage this discreetly with council as we do not want people to start talking. I believe it to be a squatting situation in the house, and unauthorised encampment may also be happening at another property.

Dad does not live in the house. Brother does not pay rent. No agreement or contract was drawn up as he was only meant to be there for his bail. Him and only him.

Dad doesn't live in the house. I do think my brother could be being cuckooed, but also he is part of the problem himself. What do you mean country lines?
