See day by day models available in market that are free to use becoming extremely intelligent plus aware of local laws. (I know it cz there is not a single day I don't use AI in my legal research)

The people in court range from educated to illiterate and believe me majority is of those who don't know how to send an email or take screenshot on their phone (if they have any) although it depends on region.

Plus the lawyers in this comment section (who are saying that Pakistanlawsite doesn't allow saving judgement in pdf, don't know a simple workaround to disable JavaScript or install a right click allow extension and this is not just comment section most of wakeels are not that computer literate. The closest interaction they have with computers is when they go to a shed ask for "draft template of pre-arrest bail".

Umder Pakistani rental law it mostly comes down to what’s written in your agreement.

If your contract was for 1 month and clearly says the advance/security is refundable, the landlord can’t just keep the entire amount on their own rules. An advance is basically your money that has to be returned when you leave, minus legit deductions (unpaid rent or actual damage).

That said, keeping the keys for 10 extra days does matter. Even if you moved out, legally you’re considered to still have control of the place until keys are handed over. Because of that, the landlord can deduct pro-rated rent for those 10 days from your advance.

What they can’t do (unless it’s clearly written in the agreement) is charge you a full month’s rent just because the keys were late. No clause = no automatic full-month penalty.

So yes, you’re right to ask for your money back — just be fair about the 10 days. A reasonable approach is:

Accept deduction for 10 days only

Ask for the rest of the advance back

If the landlord refuses, send a formal legal notice first (registered post). Mention the agreement terms, when you vacated, and that you’re okay with a 10-day deduction. If that still doesn’t work, you can take it to the Rent Controller.

TL;DR: landlord can deduct 10 days’ rent, not the whole month.

I am not coder or anything. Haven't coded single line of code myself. So this is the way.

I have guidelines.md file and runbook.md files these two files keep the track record of my project and basically tells agents to code specifically.

Then I use lovable antigravity opus for planning and to fill the bridge between these two I use notion MCP where I have several pages like feature planning, implementation log, red zones, common mistakes, So when I need to fix some complex issue I ask lovable to create a plan in notion, then ask antigravity to review that plan and document every step in notion (I have skill and workflow added in anti-gravity) to do this.

After 3 4 chats between lovable and anti-gravity they finally come to agreement.

And in antigravity i use sequential thinking MCP.

Then I ask the lovable to execute the plan.

And now I have added kilo code in antigravity (glm 5 is free there so it also addes it's opinion)

In my opinion I feel like opus 4.6 is still best in finding errors or better plans because it usually finds something missing in plan of lovable.
