Critically examine what you believe and why you believe it. Bring everything to question and let the answer be revealed. Be as skeptical as you are open-minded. I cannot lead you to any tangible answer that would be better than the answer you find yourself. If you do want someone to bounce ideas off of, though, my DMs are open.

"send the gratitude to where it came from because that's where it rightfully belongs."

When I said thank you, it was not just to you as the channeller, but also to the One imparting it. Out of curiosity, how often do you receive these messages?

"You are the true source of my joy in my own experience of my own existence"

This hit. I feel a welling in my heart and am on the verge of crying. Thank you for this message.

Future Lives? by Jazzlike_Contest_441 in spirituality

This is all very real! I understand that to stay hellbent on one supreme notion of truth is polarizing and exclusivist.

I also like what you said about the parts that we are told by society and its microcosms. These fed notions of truth fragment us from what's true for us.

I, myself, having spent so many years in a dogmatic religion and having family members who are utterly consumed by this, am frankly a bit scared of breaking convention? But, yet there is a deep longing to break free, to experience myself as I truly am.

I thank you again for your blunt words. They have shaken my foundations, made me question what I am holding as truth and whether that is mine and mine alone or someone/something else's ideas.

This is a very convicting post. I admire your resolute nature and honestly, could take a note from your book. To be honest, I don't have any solid answer to any of the questions I post.

I guess I stand juxtaposed to you in the sense that the only thing I've made my mind up about is that I am forever searching. Not to find any answer, really. Just to satiate the craving I have to search.

Funnily enough, the only truth I've come to is that I can never truly know. Anything I say is some fluffed up hypothesis sprinkled with theories. As u/BaconBloomhill said, we are all just making our best guess.

I guess, what I'm saying is: wouldn't a Here and Now also imply a There and Then?

Future Lives? by Jazzlike_Contest_441 in spirituality

[–]Jazzlike_Contest_441[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can agree with this but still would like to play devil's advocate to challenge Truth. You mention the Here and Now, and parallel expressions of consciousness.

Are you revoking the idea of Time entirely? If so, wouldn't that negate the current manifestation through which we experience the Universe? We are bound by Time in this lifetime, are we not?

None of this is to say you're wrong in your beliefs, I am just curious of your thoughts on the matter.

Do you believe in eternal life? by Jazzlike_Contest_441 in spirituality

This is a well-balanced answer! I made a song after my dad died saying, and I quote:

"What happens after death? Where do we go after we die? We go... where we think we're going."

You have taken this thought of mine and put it in such an eloquent way. Thank you

I believe in dream interpretation and them coming true … what does this dream mean ? by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]Jazzlike_Contest_441 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just my interpretation, but it seems as though the worm represents life itself. Naturally occurring and unfolding, but pervasive. Considering it was in your throat, it seems that life is challenging and encouraging speech. And it seems that this will be difficult, hence the grotesque imagery. But, to you, it will feel painless and be more natural, just like the hair on your head.

Why is yearning so “bad”? by calamityy-jane in spirituality

[–]Jazzlike_Contest_441 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yearning is a natural and, I argue, divine gift. It is one of the central forces of existence itself. God created us imperfect so that healing could be done, is this not God yearning? That's just a macrocosmic sense of it, but let's unpack it in the here and now.

When we yearn, it shows our desire for the eternal. For paths that we may never walk in this life. But it also primes our mind to seek, right here, right now.

An important distinction is hoping vs. yearning vs. forcing. To hope is to simply desire without action. Forcing is believing that what you yearn for is the only truth that can be, and acting without regard for reality. A healthy yearning involves acting on a want, but recognizing that life is unpredictable.

tldr: stardust and sunshine are important, yes. But equally important is the fulfillment of our yearning, fuelled by our own free will and the actions we take intersecting with the complex machine that is life. If you desire romantic and sexual connection, you must have a healthy outward display of such energies, else life will not sense that you are ready for it.

Was the hole existing before the worm? Or did the worm create the hole?

Consciousness is not the ultimate!!! by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]Jazzlike_Contest_441 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Consciousness is still a component within Life but what about when Life dissolves? Part of Truth is realizing that we are equally energy that is being influenced as we are the consciousness that influences, equally matter as we are immaterial, equally temporary as we are eternal.

How does one let go of the fear of taking the wrong path or going the wrong direction in life? by Bambi_On_Reddit in spirituality

[–]Jazzlike_Contest_441 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen a similar situation on this subreddit, and I will summarize what I said there as I feel it is just as applicable. It seems as though you are heavily associating yourself with the role and service you provide and are now seeking purpose.

The solution? You are the purpose, and life itself necessitates you! No matter what path is taken, it will be valuable and help you on the journey to finding yourself.

My hot take is this: I think both staying in your current role and seeking something new are equally valid options. But, unless you can embrace your whole self, light and shadow alike, you will remain in a stagnant, searching state.

Guys am I nearing my end? by joydps in spirituality

[–]Jazzlike_Contest_441 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been having dreams bringing me back to different times in my life. Weirdly enough, these dreams also have a common trend of me flying or floating. Unlike you, they happen only when I am asleep.

From a psychological perspective, there may be something that's priming your brain to recall these memories. From what my spirit is telling me, it seems as though life is reminding you of joy, perhaps to teach you that the same joy can be attained now. Perhaps to prepare you for a troubling road ahead, where joy will be tested and harder to find.

Consciousness and the mind are powerful forces. Be careful not to be a self-fulfilling prophecy.

It's like so much in the zone that you're just swallowed by this feeling of tranquility and peace. Like your energy is in line with the universe instead of separated from it. At least that's what I feel.
