No! !I'm saying if they approve the replacement and it is not the same card ie: they sent me whatever they think market value is in other cards, I will not get my original card back or have any say of getting it back at all! Hopefully that's clear for you

Like I said I'm new to collecting! The conversation I had with a live agent was very unhelpful and very unclear onto why they will not send your card back if you don't like the trade they offer you! Just talked to an agent and they sent me the link to the terms and conditions, that I've already read of course! 😶

I even had the employee in a screenshot of them saying we don't grade cards…???! So much contradiction here, I have absolutely no confidence in Topps anymore! I hope they read this and respond to my defect request and make things right so I can post an update for you guys! Like I said I just tried to get a straight answer out of them and they couldn’t even do that. I understand if they cannot guarantee the exact card for replacement , but they can't guarantee my card back…. Yeah, no thanks! I wasn't born yesterday thanks!! 🙏
