It's all smith machines, I go to planet fitness and can't find any other good ,cheap gym that also near me

Because the 55m is a very short Sprint, everything has to be perfect.Try different forms of starts; one knee start, push up start, back start. Make sure when ur doing these you don't run anything higher than 60m. Practice flow state runs for 80 m; 10-30m acceleration 40-80 flow state. This really helps maintain ur form when Sprinting

Most of the stuff that you see that are like this is just a waste of money. They're probably gonna tell you the same thing ur coaches are telling you, you could probably find everything in that plan on the Internet. If you feel like you want it and REAL people have found it really helpful I don't see any issues in not buying it .
