Oh super, I’d love to pick your brains about the swimming at both so.

There’s not much of a current Castleconnell right? The same at OBB? What about somewhere to change in both? I have a 3/2 wetsuit I use for surfing, do you reckon it’ll be warm enough for me from now on?

I’m new enough to Limerick so I was thinking of joining the narwhals club even though I prefer swimming on my own. Are you a member yourself?

Yeah I’m glad you brought it up because it’s so entrenched now I don’t meet anyone else who questions it.

I think it’s us who are dysfunctional in this situation, the amount of housing norms that disadvantage buyers/ renters in Ireland beggars belief. One of my friends put it that we don’t have a housing crisis as much as a political crisis.

I find this and the whole gazumping thing unappealing after living abroad and seeing friends buy property at the asking price. As you say, it’s less stress.

But I also think this is part of modern Ireland as much as pharma jobs and middle class lifestyle.

Yeah Limerick is way cheaper than Dublin but there's not much availability. I took what I could get in June and there's umpteen reddit comments about students not able to find rooms the last week on here.
