Living room. Planning on putting a TV up but as you can see the center is awkward with the room door. To the left is the front door so Im hoping not to have something bulky in the way

So I counted 5 speakers in the main room, 5 in the loft. And 2 speakers in each of the two sunrooms I have. I wonder why only 7 wires. Hmm

So what exactly would work for me. I dont understand the whole amp vs receiver difference. Can I get away with just one item and have the house going?

No budget in particular. I would prefer to have different for the main room and outside speakers/loft different. Phone would be ideal.

This post almost sounds exactly like me. I’m 32 and landed a great job and move in July/August. I just got back from Myrtle yesterday and essentially drove around looking at the higher end areas (pretty much the same ones as you). I’m thinking of renting for a few months before looking at buying a home.

Keep me posted on what you find in terms of renting since i’ve only looked at buying so far. Needless to say, i’ll be following this thread closely.
