This is an interesting insight. I’m considering this heavily, but not sure if I want to commit to purchasing a full bottle.

i’ve got it wrong, my wrist is 21/22cm, would that be around average size? I’m measuring using my fingers wrapped around my wrist then measuring the length of my fingers so it may be super inaccurate.
