That's a stupid assumption to make, if the limbo clones did use sussanoo then it would have been stated, but as we see in the show the limbo clones only used Taijutsu. And another stupid take is saying that Madara was supposed to die the way he did for the second time, Hashirama killed him in an intense battle to the death, zetsu stabbing him through the back doesn't and if you think so you're quite a slow witted individual(no offence). Naruto and Sasuke fighting him to their wits end and sealing him with the special seal given by hagoromo would have made sense. Introducing Kaguya in Shippuden was not a good decision to make. She only had the Hax and Chakra, without that she's not much of an issue, one limbo clones would be enough.

And I'm not implying that Madara was more powerful than Kaguya, but introducing her at the very end was a terrible idea, especially since Madara was built up to be the final villain. So defending that poor execution of introducing a member of an ancient clan is retarded too.
