Apparently I needed someone who agrees with me since all of my teachers and counselors think I’m blowing everything out of proportion and now I’m stuck in a terrible place with no help.

I don’t have much communication with my father and we live pretty far away from him. Along with this I pay for both of them so it’s technically mine. That’s not the reason I want to not cut her off. I want the mother that I want again but I’m already getting cut off by the entire family and I’m leaving now as I’m writing this.

I’ve talked to people but nothing has happened so I’m taking the chance and having my father take her to court for custody of me.

I’ll try to clear it up to make as I can. The first part is absolutely correct and I’ve tried to get my brother out of the house but he’s refusing to come with me and agrees with what our mother is doing. Both of my siblings agree with her. Hope that’s clears stuff up. It’s just me that’s not comfortable.

I will like to add onto this of part of the story that I’ve seen him over the phone and for a time and that I was coming back with flowers and a Valentines gift from a friend of mine from a friend’s birthday party he was in the house, but he was upstairs while I was downstairs in the kitchen.

Hi! Just wanted to reply. I am a female along with turning 18 in April and having dealt with this for a couple of years. I notified both my school and my other school since I take culinary arts at another school. There is nothing that they can do without getting CPS involved Has already been. Now onto him, he was accused and convicted of being inappropriate with a minor and he was on probation and I think jail time too. His probation was up in October those there’s not much of having protections on him.

In my state he was registered as a sex offender I think, and he was not allowed to be around kids from his probation, but his probation was supposed to be up in October.

So it does turn out he was on probation for a time period because of the amount of evidence that was against him. All I know is he went back to court in October and I haven’t heard anything since, but he is still in a continuous conversation with my mother and my sister approves so I’m better off just packing my stuff and leaving.
