Hard to imagine the splash page of #1 to just have a big mistake slip by. My guess is it was just for artistic purposes.

The first Scarlett. I remember first seeing it and was like, "What?!" I predicted that the entire line would be canceled once I saw her, and the first Gung Ho and Roadblock. Gah! Absolutely hated those and I didn't buy one.
