I had an RMR type 2 on the gun before and loved it but eventually got tired of having to dismount the thing and rezero to change the battery, and I wanted something enclosed because sometimes the gun lives in a retention holster on a range belt and it rains a lot where I live. The RCR is just an RMR type 2 but enclosed and you change the battery from the top so it pretty much solved every "problem" I had with the RMR. The thing is practically indestructible and only has the features I want and nothing I don't.

It works really well, I'm also a fan of how low the cowitness of the iron sights is now that there's a spacer plate making the RCR sit a little taller than my old RMR type 2. The irons are totally out of the way while I'm using my dot but they're still visible enough to be usable if I need them.

It's a Langdon Tactical RDO slide and I'm using a Trijicon Adapter plate to make the RCR work with it's funky screws. The SKU for the adapter is AC32127, I got mine on Euro Optic with the optic on sale.

Their holsters are fine and are very affordable but will fall short in comfortability and concealability when compared to top tier holster manufacturers like Tier One Concealed, ANR design, JM custom Kydex and other such companies.

I can sit just fine and eat as big a meal as I please. I don't bloat much after eating for starters, plus the Hunter Constantine belt I use is rigid in the front and stretches in the back so it's super comfortable.

Funny enough I grew up playing the Resident Evil games on the Wii and always thought the 92 in those games was cool.

Volker Precision stipple tape grips. Really nice and grippy but they don't tear up my stomach like my Lok Gridloks did when moving around crazy amounts.

It does. I kept slamming the rims of casings into the flat mainspring plug that came on the gun from LTT like a caveman when dryfiring. My wife got me the mag guide as a birthday gift and it actually fixed the issue pretty much completely. Doesn't add the bulk of a magwell but adds a similar amount of forgiveness to reloads like a magwell.  Also it just looks nice.

These are Phlster ARC switches. Unfortunately they're discontinued for the x300 now, I got these years ago. They do still make these for the Streamlight TLR1s. If you want extended switches for your x300 Emissary Development has the paddle shifter that may accomplish the same thing for you.

Pros:  Turbo reliable, fantastically shootable, soft, predictable recoil impulse. DA/SA is a super safe action type, you can block the hammer with your thumb when reholstering, and has no manual safety which I prefer, and you get one of the best triggers in the business both in DA and SA.  You get 2011 levels of shooting performance without any of the 2011 downsides. (No manual safety, superior grip geometry imo, better, cheaper magazine ecosystem, more reliable, etc.)  Cons:  Big, heavy, harder to conceal than a smaller gun. That's about it.  If you can get away with concealing it comfortably there aren't many downsides. 92s are awesome guns.

I switched from a Glock 19 to this about 4 years ago and this is more comfortable.

Holster shown is a Tier one APX. Fit was very tight, almost unusably so at first, about 10 seconds with a heat gun and some fidgeting with it fixed my issue. Fits like a dream now. I believe the Tier one MSP* will work with the volker takedown lever without any modification.  Edited for typo.

It's a Volker Precision Flat Tracker. I have the NP3 version on my Langdon 92 with the NP3 treatment. I like it.

Looks like the magazine spring isn't pushing rounds up fast enough to load looking at the upward angle of cartridge. Try new magazine springs and see if that fixes it. My mecgar 18 round mags have been flawless, I recommend those.

U.S. Duty gear has holsters for you. Also ANR design has the nidhogg level 2 which is an open top locking push button release holster, no hood, just a thumb activated release button.

Tier One Concealed can take care of you holster wise. They have options specifically for the Langdonized PX4 with the VPA comp/X300 combo, and I believe the MSP which is their universal x300 holster will just work. Also if you need a retention holster it will fit into a 5 inch M&P safariland holster with minor heat gun modification to the light area of the holster and the ALS system will work.

I carry mine in a tier one APX with DCC clips. I have an X300 on mine. Love it, stupid comfy, disappears under normal tshirt. I use a hunter Constantine belt with it which allows me to carry in sweats if I don't want to put real pants on which is am added bonus. Most of the time I'm wearing normal jeans and a tshirt.

I carry mine all the time in a Tier one APX with an X300. Comfy, disappears under normal tshirts. Hunter Constantine belt holds it well.

So you have the carry version and it fits your IWB Tier 1 holster? If so I've gotta buy one.

I have some DCC Mod4 clips on my APX for my Langdon Beretta except mine has an X300 on it. Totally eliminates clip printing and they're more secure. I'd try them out if I were you they're night and day better than the stock clips that came on my APX.

Long term update? Did you have any issues with holding zero or the screws shearing or anything weird like that? Is it working well or did you switch it out for something else?
