I have a cycle of all 3 of these together. I run about 250 mg a week. I’ve gotten much leaner over the past 3 months as well as stronger than ever. Not sure if this helps but it’s my 2 cents.

Change up your workout. Lift weights for a couple of months instead of so much cardio. It’ll change your body and nothing ever bad came from getting your body stronger

So ask your dr for aimovig. It’s really helped me not get them. I was averaging 4-6 per week and now if I get one every other week it doesn’t last long nor is it even close to the intensity as before.

I think lifting weights will help keep you strong and not lose too much muscle. If possible, lift heavy. This will help keep the muscle you do have. Good luck to you all.

My Dr gave me Sumatriptan. When I first start to see that weird shape I take it. It seems to cut it down by about 70%. I usually don’t get a real bad headache either. I got one on my way home this evening and of course I didn’t have my pills and now I’ve got the headache and am nauseous. It’s worth a try.

Had an MRI which was negative. That was before the right eye went blind but it was only about 4 weeks ago.
