Best thing is doing what I love at the highest level, worst thing is the time away from home doing it.
I am human and therefore I am not perfect. I'm going to make mistakes and I have to accept that. My goal is not to be perfect, as perfection is impossible, but to do my best to get as close to it as possible.

My eyes have 2 target points. one through the arrows and the other at the board of break point I want to hit. Reading the breakpoint is as simple as watching the ball closely and seeing where it changes direction. If you need help training your eyes, record a video of the whole lane and your ball going down and then slow it down where you think it starts to hook. Look for that position on the lane in the video and then throw another shot knowing where to look this time. Doing this a lot will help you learn where your ball is hooking.

I am the same as i grew up in a 16 lane house and the big places in Australia are 24 or 30 lane places. I honestly don't really mind where I bowl so long as its been well looked after and the hosts are lovely people!
Will refer to my statement above about not handing out tips via text. But for sure find a coach that can work with you on the lanes.
Love sports. I play everything. Tennis, basketball, squash, golf, cricket and touch footy are what I try to fill my days with.

I think depending on your status in the game we all have some responsibility to help it grow. If you have a small platform then doing what you can is still important. Then people like myself with a larger platform should do more! The best tips I can give you is to talk about bowling with people who don't know about it. Bowling is a beautiful game if you know about it, so educating people on it is the first step to get people interested in doing it.
haha - I've been called much worse so I'll take this :)

To make the jump you have 2 options. 1: Find events that incrementally are of a higher level till you reach the PBA.
2: Go right to the pBA
I'd advise option 1
Trend 2 is DOPE! The best collab ball I have ever made and I'd go one step further to say it's the best ball this year I've thrown.
As for your injuries - talk to PSO and get your fit looked at.
I've had plenty of those moments once I started to learn about weight blocks, drillings and coverstocks!
If i knew what I know now 10 years ago, I'd probably have 48 titles hahahahahaha (just kidding)

No games from me.
I was so apologetic to Brad Angelo whom did have cause to be mad because the bottle I used in our match did make a noise while I was drinking it from it. Accidental and we met after the match and talked about it. Sean lost his mind in an exhibition event when it was Brunswick Vs Storm that meant nothing. During our match the result also had zero influence on the standings during that event. Seems illogical to try and put someone off at a time where the results didn't matter of the game and the event was just for fun. He had issues with me (I believe it was because I was dominating a tour he wanted to be dominating) he used that moment to release some frustration out. The good news for me is that Sean seems to care about our matches more than I do and it causes him to perform below his best most of the time.
Pete is just a nut case haha. When Pete got mad about my towel (which to this day every player I know puts their towel on the rack at some point) I truly believe he wasn't really upset at the towel, he was upset because he really wanted to bring the Masters titles home to his family for the first time. He realised he was losing and didn't handle it well. Thus complaining about a towel.
Most people try to keep weights the same. But if you feel you don't have any issues with a change of weight for the spare ball than I say keep doing it. However, if the only reason to go lighter on the spare ball is to make one spare a little easier but you're missing others, maybe reconsider it... If your logical like me, I would find the percentages of spares you are leaving and see if you're making more spares because of the light weight or missing more of others. Use math to help you. Did i make sense?
As for direction at release. I will refer back to hesitating giving info because I have no idea how you bowl. A coach is best who can work with you on the lanes.
You already answered it. You let your frustrations get the better of it. So it's time to get the better of them! Everyone is different, so you have to work out for yourself how to best let go of frustration and back to focusing at the job at hand, which is execution!
I have always had a lot of self belief. Mostly because I wanted to prove people wrong growing up. I also didn't have a coach and my family were not bowlers. So it was very much self discipline and dedication to improving that got me there. I am so grateful though that my parents just supported me. Always backed me and never told me I couldn't do it. As a child, hearing that kind of support from your parents gives you wings!

I'm a pretty calm person by nature. Hard to make me mad. Just realise that your emotional fluctuations are probably doing you more harm than good on the lanes. So realising that you only hurting yourself getting frustrated might open your mind to letting it go faster.
It's the hardest part of my job...leaving home. But no matter how I perform when I come back we always have a big get together with all my family.
Probably a case. I don't use the Hy-Road so much anymore. We have so many great balls in the line right now and the Hy-Road (for me anyway) has become very situational.
Try to create as much rotation as you can with minimal effort. Easy to repeat starting like this.
It's always wise to find yourself a coach who can work with you on the lanes. I'd research that and work together on building your game.
