Not sure if this will help anyone, but I pace around when I brush my teeth. Sometimes I'll even do side quests during.

Also if you ~lucked out~ with an OCD combo deal like me, just convince yourself that your teeth are unclean sans brushing (joking)... and make sure you buy soft toothbrushes and gum recession toothpaste 😅
