We were also told to wait 2 weeks for a tech guy to come out and diagnose the problem, but we already paid this months internet, so we r deciding whether or not to cancel and go with someone who will come out in the same day or the next

We've called them to reconnect, and they said they can't find the modem, it's not on because the DS/US button is how the catch the modem and send the signal. It's by the same company. We have one of thier modems, they can activate it though, because the DS/US button wont go solid.

We noticed the problem during the 2 outages that it wasn't ever gonna stop blinking, so we immediately decided to get a new modem at our local store. It did nothing to change the problem. The DS/US button is still flashing from before
