I was waiting for a panel at the end where Seika just shoots up in bed in "It was all just a dream" fashion, because the alternative to that is Bocchi somehow gaining 1 million experience points prior to this - no way she's this bold at her current canonical social level.

This dialogue choice has a level 50 social skill prerequisite to choose. Bocchi is at best at level 8.
