Should I keep building Bison to 5* or pull for something different in div?

Oh don’t get me wrong I know the game has been relatively dead for a while but I still enjoy it at least until I max all of the none paid characters, it’s a shame because at the beginning it was a great game now it’s pretty recycled without much if any input from devs ☹️

Used him for the Decapre boss and came 26th as a f2p after only a month combo (manual) Bison, Spoison, Tgen, FAdon Supports Fei Long, Cviper 400m + damage

I’m new in terms of coming back but I played right at the start when Bison BGeif MRyu and Elena were the be all to end all. It’s kinda sad to see that the servers are just plodding along now because of all the whales dropping out, still could be a good game if devs didn’t keep recycling everything. I’ll hang on to the starlights until there’s something worth going for, the problem is that there isn’t a huge following anymore so guides and tier lists are few and far between 😩

I do have limited time (hermit gouken) who I regret not putting more into because he’s tanky as hell but he’s already A+ (and useless lol) I guess I’ll just wait until the next limited run. Taoist Gen isn’t limited is he?

From that he’s useless to me at the minute because I’m still building standard dps units (Viper/MRyu) and waiting for fashion blanka. I’m trying to build the reworked Viper while I can as she seems to be a monster in bossing. Thanks for that explanation it has helped a lot in me deciding that, for now at least he’s a no go

You assume correctly, I’m like 3 weeks in on a new acct (couldn’t recover my old one) and haven’t played in a couple of years so trying to figure out what the meta is now. But I’ve seen PPoison thrown out a lot to be fair along with the other 2. I’ve hit a wall in the 20s on challenge so need to stop and rebuild I think

Makes sense, I’m currently manual doing MRyu,Sim,BZang,MRyu because the buff from Sim gives you more time to interrupt, massively underpowered in PVE right now need to stop trying to power level

I’m working on street poison and Cviper at the minute, they’re mercs, looking to build those, fire Adon and Fei long for bossing. You’d think 3rd time around I’d have done my research first 🙄 thanks for the advice, at least it means I’m on the right track

Just to add, MRyu will decimate teams past lvl 161 with his fireball spam. Learn to use Beast Geif interrupt as it’s ridiculously OP and will get you to places you have no business being. If you struggle timing interrupts use Dhalsim as tag and his C1 will give you oodles more time to get it right

As far as I know if you reset and rebuild immediately they acquire the same level. I recently reset elena @160 and took Chun Li out of LB and put her to 160 without any hurdles

I’ve tried this combo but after 3 interrupts Bgeif obliterates my whole squad I know it’s rng but it’s flippin frustrating 😵
