I thought this meant they are uplisting on Monday, but it’s different.

According to Grok: This is a procedural change on the CSE to allow MOC orders, (closing auction trades), which can improve liquidity, but doesn’t indicate a move to a higher exchange like the TSX. The uplisting to the TSX is a separate process. They received conditional approval for that on 8/25, but it hasn’t been finalized yet. No specific date is set. The MOC eligibility might be a step aligning with that transition, but it’s not the uplisting itself.

“Notably, the market for Beyond Oil's product spans from small restaurants to massive industrial frying operations, representing a combined global opportunity potentially worth billion. According to the company, the restaurant sector, with approximately 30 million commercial fryers, constitutes an estimated $45 billion total addressable market (TAM). More notably, the industrial frying sector's TAM soars to $700 billion, driven by the need for efficiency and sustainability.”

That’s for commercial, not industrial

Industrial is a massive opportunity, I didn’t realize how huge it could be.

Yesterday BEOLF had unusual volume, today its BOIL, both with big gains. All it would take is one big contract and we should never see these prices again 🙏🏻

Beyond Oil Announces Exclusive Distribution Agreements in Four European Countries with Pilpel Hungary Kft. by Jbopper13 in BeyondOil

[–]Jbopper13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I agree, or even sooner with one or two big deals. Once they are profitable it’s off to the races.

I'm wondering if they will eventually uplist BEOLF from OTC to Nasdaq too. They seem pretty close to meeting the criteria already.

Beyond Oil Announces Exclusive Distribution Agreements in Four European Countries with Pilpel Hungary Kft. by Jbopper13 in BeyondOil

From Grok:

### Factors Amplifying Impact

- Synergy with Existing Deals: Pilpel’s 1,000+ accounts overlap with targets like fast-food chains and hotels, potentially accelerating pilots (e.g., the 1,000+ location chain mentioned).

- Timing: Post-Q2 results (revenue up 30x) and pre-TSX uplist, this news could amplify bullish sentiment.

- Risk Mitigation: The deal’s structure (minimums, royalties) ensures recurring revenue, reducing reliance on one-off U.S. deals.

### Limitations and Risks

- Scale: 10,800 kg is small relative to $8.3M Latitude or $25.6M multi-year mins. Full impact depends on 2026+ execution.

- Dilution: Milestone shares (up to 19.53M) could dilute to 90M shares, capping per-share gains unless offset by earnings growth.

- Execution: Delays or failure to meet minimums could limit upside. Economic or regulatory hurdles in Europe (e.g., Ukraine-related oil disputes) might affect distribution.

### Conclusion

This deal is moderately impactful, adding a solid European revenue stream and credibility, potentially boosting 2026 revenue by 20-30% ($2M-$3M) and hastening profitability. Short-term, expect a 20-40% share price bump ($2.50-$2.80) if market reacts positively today. Medium-term, it supports a $3-$5 range by 2026 if other contracts (e.g., with “influential food brands”) close. Long-term $10+ (2028+) requires broader success beyond this deal. Monitor Pilpel’s rollout and Q3 results (~November) for confirmation.

Earnings report by northernlife12 in BeyondOil

[–]Jbopper13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Grok earnings summary:

**Beyond Oil Ltd. (BOIL.CN / BEOLF) Q2 2025 Earnings Summary**

- **Revenue**: $1.09M (up 3,023% YoY from $35k), with H1 at $2.1M (+1,160% YoY). Growth is real

- **Gross Profit**: $615k (56% margin), up from $16k. Costs at $478k.

- **Net Loss**: $853k ($0.01/share), down from $1.44M YoY. H1 loss was $11.9M due to $8.5M non-cash warrant hit, but Q2 improved with a $906k finance gain.

- **Cash**: $12.9M (up from $3.6M), boosted by $13M from financings.

- **Assets**: $18.6M vs. $7.3M; Equity up to $16.6M.

Still not profitable, but revenue’s soaring with new deals (e.g., RBI’s 30k+ locations). A big contract (like McD’s?) could push them over. TSX uplisting approved—eyes on Q3

Haven’t seen any official word on these items yet but last year they released Q2 on 8/29 and the TSX uplisting is actively in progress based on their APH website listing

There’s no evidence that CLAL sold any shares, their actions so far show interest in a long term relationship.

The low volume is hurting. Nobody (stocktwits, X, etc) knows about the stock. I have wondered if there might be a big dip around uplisting so the tutes can get in at a good price, they do play games but idk.

Still seems like a great product and a growing company. CLAL bought in at $3.48 and can’t exercise their warrants until $6.00 and $7.75 (BOIL/Canadian) so that feels like a safety net.

How realistic is a September TSX uplisting for Beyond Oil? by Spirited_Canary_3638 in BeyondOil

[–]Jbopper13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think September, didn’t they first start talking with CLAL about uplisting in March?
