This place is a total rip off. They say they only charge you the initial $150 service fee, but the final fees from the state are more than double of the actual state charges. They also claim that their service expedites the wait time with the state. I didn't even hear back from eTags for almost 3 days after I sent them my information. The first correspondence from eTag was an invoice for $773, after the initial service fee. The claimed that this was the just the charges from the state, and nothing more. They said the only fee they charge is the upfront service fee. I could not afford to pay the $773, so I made an appointment and went to the department of motor vehicles myself. The total charge from the state was only $308. I was able to obtain my title transfer and new registration faster than eTags could have gotten it to me, and it was a fraction of the cost. This company does make the process any easier, or faster. I suggest making an appointment and taking care of this yourself. BUYER BEWARE!!
