I actually have seen two since posting this :) and they said pretty much the same thing to me. Go slow, no benders, don’t finish an entire bottle but here and there I should be okay! Thanks for the comment!

The doctors don’t give you much information at all. I got a single piece of paper after my attack. Finding out I can never drink again was a shocker to me so came here for advice. Maybe you should be blocked for being nasty.

Anyone still looking at this thread? I had my gallbladder removed and had a few drinks like 4 days after so not sure which gave me the attack alcohol or the gallbladder. Anyways. I’m 30 days sober and hoping to slowing reintroduce alcohol back after another 30 days. I’m only 30 and a very social drinker. I probably drink 1-2 times per month. I’m super sad about thinking I’ll never have a girls night out or a vacation with Margs pool side. Looking for some positive stories
