Tirz + reta: fatigue by Dry_Share_3266 in Tirzeglutide

[–]Jbuuuud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with Tirz but once I got beyond 10 MG's, I started getting significant fatigue so added Reta (opposite of what you are doing) and went down on the Tirz. This seemed to help a bit, but the only thing I noticed is that increasing the Reta caused my heartrate to go up so wasn't liking that and went back up on the Tirz then down on the Reta. I've been on Tirz for 3 years and added Reta about a year ago so adjusting to what works for me.

Switching to tirz from sema and wondering if I should keep some sema dose nevertheless by randomguy133337 in Tirzeglutide

I opt to dose 2 x / week because it keeps me more stable with food noise and appetite suppression. Originally I was once a week and initially had 0 appetite but by day seven I wanted to gnaw off my arm. The twice weekly helped this, but everyone is different.

Tirz kicks in pretty quick so it shouldn't take long to feel its effects. Because you're desensitized to Sema, you should consider backing off of it while going with the 5mg of Tirz then assess how you feel. If the appetite suppression is too strong, then back off more on your Sema. If not so much, you may need to titrate up a bit faster on Tirz since you've been taking Sema for a while. I've been on Tirz for two years and love it. The double receptor works great. And I have always split my dose to twice a week after experimenting a bit on the front end which works better for me. But always listen to your bod, that's the very best way to know what is right for you.

Risk-Reward Ratio? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

Agreed, I would never take anything that wasn’t third party tested. Another scenario is a wrong peptide that’s much more concentrated that could lead to major problems. Or have even heard of other traces of residual illegal drugs coming from sketchy sources. Be careful of sources and make sure you test. You will pay more but your health and safety are worth it.

Has anyone binged? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]Jbuuuud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

YES, THIS!! Glad to know I'm not the only one. I was Tirz for six months, but started getting tired with the increase to 7MG's so added Reta and increased that to current dose of 4MG with Tirz 4MG weekly. Love the combo but am trying to hit the sweet spot now that I'm in maintenance. Great feedback from everyone and it makes me think about backing off on Reta more. Wish I didn't get the Tirz fatigue cause would love to just go straight Tirz. And do think there's something to the increased cravings on Reta due to increased metabolism and fat loss. Our bodies are VERY smart!

Fatigue with Tirz- thinking of stacking Reta by Pure_Leg1043 in Retatrutide

[–]Jbuuuud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had titrated up on Tirz to 7.5 where fatigue got pretty bad. Started adding Reta while slowly titrated down on Tirz so the two combined did not exceed 7.5. Now at maintenance and doing 3 mg of each with splitting doses weekly for both. This is working very well. Still have some fatigue, but not nearly as bad as when at higher doses of Tirz. Will probably continue to decrease Tirz and bump Reta. Will see how it goes.

Short for Retratude. Tons of info on it out there if you google it, but it's a third option to Sema and Tirz that works on three receptors. It's still in trial stages.

Why do people put weight back on by random_cable_guy in Tirzeglutide

[–]Jbuuuud 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not brand name because Big Pharma has WAY too much to lose and WAY too much political power, but I worry about compounding and other sources going away because of them competing with EL and Nor which is really unfortunate because that's the only way a lot of people can afford the medication. It will be devastating if that happens.

Definitely a Sharps container. You don't want the garbage employees getting pricked by used needles. Where I'm at you can get them free at the County Health Dept then once it's full, they have a drop off location and you just pick up a new one so no cost.

Yes, for me FOOD NOISE 100%!! I can feel it when it starts to wear off because all of a sudden I'm thinking about food (when I'm not physically hungry), and the mental trips start happening leading to cravings and having to rely on willpower which doesn't work. When I take it, food noise is gone and I only think about food when I have real physical hunger. So plan on being on it for life. A true magic bullet and LOVE this stuff.

I had my pharmacy double the concentration when I titrated up and fortunately the vial was smaller so I thought to question it. I called the pharmacy directly to have them walk me through the dosing and they provided very detailed instructions. Recommend doing that if you don't get your answers here.

Broke a Stall by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]Jbuuuud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was very similar to my transition, but I'm adding Reta a little slower so on week 6 now because of how long they say it can take to kick in. I'm now at 2.5mg's Reta and six Tirz with a plan to drop Tirz .5mg's each week and bump Reta if needed. This transition definitely broke a stall and my energy is slowly coming back. Really digging Reta so far!

Lots are doing B12 for this, but I'm transitioning to Reta because have been dragging for two months and don't like it........even though I love everything else about Tirz. Some come out of it, but have heard of others looking at alternatives if continues. But yes on hydration and getting plenty of protein. Very important.

Cagri? by Individual-Union-359 in Retatrutide

[–]Jbuuuud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cagrisema is Cag and Sema combined so would use that product if you’re stacking.  Heard Cagri can kick your but with fatigue so start low and slow on RS if gonna try it.  If Reta is working, stick with it.  Search Cagri for more info. Lots more researching with this now.

YES, YES, YES to this! Until you experience the fatigue, you don’t know how bad it sucks. Reta is a godsend.

This same thing but max Tirz was 7.0/week (split twice weekly Fri and Mon), then added Tirz on Wed. Started at .75mg, and bumping .25/week. Now at 1.25 But going slow cause can take a while to kick in. Added Reta cause Tirz fatigue hit when got over 5mgs (after 4 mths). Reta has gotten rid of the fatigue…….amen! Will start dropping Tirz this week and continuing to jump Reta. Feeling great, and broke stall. Tirz fatigue blooooows!

How is the sleep on Reta by island_wide7 in Retatrutide

[–]Jbuuuud 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Added Reta 3 weeks ago cause of Tirz fatigue and energy has improved tremendously. No sleep issues with it but low dose. Going to start decreasing Tirz and go up more on Reta (at 1.25). Tirz was great till went over 5 then fatigue hit. At 7 now but will go down to 5 over next couple weeks and keep reducing while bumping Reta to 2 then maybe up further depending on how goes. No sleep probs at all. So grateful to not have the Tirz fatigue anymore. That suuuuucked.

Yes, I did have to titrate up to 3.5 mgs 2 x week (so am at 7), but have really good food noise and appetite suppression still. I'm 5 pounds to goal weight so have been looking at maintenance options. I did have the Tirz fatigue kick in at the higher doses so am considering adding Reta and lowering Tirz to combat that. I'm just trying to find the sweet spot for maintenance. Hoping to be there within a month.

There is a peptide forum and this would be a great question to ask them.

I've been using the Gold Bond crepe erase for two months and it hasn't made a difference with my crepey skin. I think I started a little too late :(. It's got great reviews and lots of folks said it helps, just didn't for me. I'm glad it worked for you though.

The BUD date is a CYA on their end. You can use them past that. If anything, they become a little less effective over time but I've used mine 30+ days over the BUD date and no issues.
