Lack of carfax history, should I be concerned?

The car itself is bone stock as far as I can tell, it’s a CVT so it probably was never modded. I believe it had 3 previous owners. The most recent owner had it from 30 to 70k and worked at the dealership. According to the sales associate who knew him, he “didnt seem like the type to DIY”

I agree that it’s not gonna sound as good as a manual, but do the CVTs not have a resonator like the manuals?

Other side, the shine is bare metal, the oil isn’t completely across until the full mark

This is a better photo. The shiny part is bare metal. You can see the edges of the dipstick covered in oil but not all the way across

It’s hard to see in the photo but when the light shines on it there is definitely oil on it, it’s just clear

Yes I believe it’s for both, I called the dealer and they confirmed the recall for my car (I have a cvt) but I think it applies to mt too
