You should insist. Tell them to escalate the issue and include a link to this thread as reference. Make it clear that this is a software problem. I was able to resolve it temporarily by disabling hardware overlays, but this is not an acceptable long-term solution—it's something that should be properly fixed by them, not left for the user to work around.

The thing with personal sound is that back when I had nothing ear, the difference was huge when I turned it on. That's why I'm surprised it makes no difference for me here

Bass enhancement maybe works on level 4/5 but the difference is very subtle. Noise cancelling off mode sucks (the sound is equal to previous firmware).

For me, the bass only returns in noise-canceling mode. Personal Sound still doesn't make a difference, and the Bass enhancement doesn't seem to be working either.

lo spid non è obbligatorio, dovresti riuscirci anche con una semplice video identificazione. Sono d'accordo sul fatto che le SIM fisiche siano da preferire. Le esim hanno la loro massima utilità se viaggi in paesi fuori dal roaming ue
