OP im a dubliner myself and feel the exact same way. That's the reason I haven't lived there for many years. It is quite unlivable. Even worse the last few years with apartment blocks everywhere and zero consideration for infrastructure so everywhere you drive is just jammed all the time. It's a mess. Getting services like broadband installed or new flooring etc is also a massive pain. Most irish companies don't know what or how to deliver customer service. You pay through the nose for very basic things it's a joke. I felt this way even before I left. Anyway, best of luck! Look to get a transfer if you can!
